Santa Maria-style, over a real oak fire. We also offer a
Hawaiian-style luau banquet menu complete with a
whole smoked
pig!

Maui Smokehouse BBQ will
deliver and set up your buffet with our delicious BBQ prepared in our
smoker or pit with all the side dishes for any occasion. Each buffet
comes complete with disposable tableware, silverware, condiments, and
everything you'll need for a fabulous meal.
All of our entrée items are smoked in
our special, custom-built smoker of over an oak wood fire.
